Terms of Service

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once Palmetto Studios accepts the requested time and any required deposit or membership is active. Session times include setup and teardown; please arrive 10 minutes early so recording can begin on time. Sessions end at their scheduled time — overruns are billed in 30-minute increments at the additional-hour rate.

Memberships

Memberships bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Included sessions reset each billing cycle; unused sessions roll forward for 30 days and then expire. You may cancel a membership at any time and it remains active through the end of the paid period.

Payment

One-time sessions are payable in full before or on the session date. Invoices are due on receipt. Late or failed payments may pause future bookings and content delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellations and reschedules are governed by our cancellation policy.

Content ownership

You own the raw and edited content produced from your sessions. Palmetto Studios retains the right to reference your project name and show non-confidential excerpts in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.

Studio conduct

Guests must treat the space and equipment with care. Clients are responsible for damage caused by their party. We may end a session without refund for unsafe, abusive, or illegal conduct.

Liability

Palmetto Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. In the unlikely event of an equipment failure that prevents recording, our liability is limited to a re-shoot or a refund of the session fee.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the studio constitutes acceptance.
