What we collect

When you book a session, request a studio tour, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, session preferences, and any notes you send us. When you create an account we also store your booking history and account preferences.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and deliver sessions, send booking confirmations and reminders, deliver finished content, issue invoices, respond to inquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional studio news. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We record anonymous, aggregated usage events (pages viewed, buttons clicked, booking steps completed) to improve the site. These events are not tied to your identity unless you are signed in.

Storage and security

Account, booking, and content data is stored with our hosting and database provider using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to Palmetto Studios staff who need it to run the studio.

Recorded content

You own the content you record at Palmetto Studios. We retain project files for 90 days after delivery unless you request otherwise, and we will never publish your recordings without written permission.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated records at any time by emailing palmettostudiosmedia@gmail.com.
