Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the session fee, and no-shows are billed in full.

Rescheduling

You can move a session to any other open slot at no cost as long as the change is made more than 48 hours before the start time. Inside 48 hours the original session fee is forfeited, and a new session must be booked and paid for separately.

Membership sessions

A membership session cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice returns to your monthly allowance. Late cancellations count against the allowance for that cycle.

Studio-side changes

If we ever have to cancel — equipment failure, weather, or a facility issue — you will be offered the next available slot and a full refund if the new time does not work.
